You shouldn't be worried about messing up the syntax. Regulars can sort that out if needed and you can preview your changes, so as long as the information is there, it should be fine. Even if you make a really bad edit, it can all be reverted if it needs to. Check this out (http://guides.macrumors.com/Help:How_to_Edit_a_Page) if you're interested in editing it yourself. Otherwise, thanks for pointing the page out.

Greetings,
Long time lurker, first time poster. I just ordered an 11.6" Air and was looking for a case I saw a few days ago and cannot find now.
The case looks like a black and red notebook (http://www.my-oxford.co.uk/professional-and-executive/black-n-red), fake paper and spine included, that holds the Air.
I've spent tons of time retracing my steps, but can't find the darn thing.
Any help would be appreciated.

In settings you can set it so it never goes to sleep. However, that eats up a lot of battery. Do you have it plugged in at night?
Thanks for the response! I prolly should email the developer to find out what the story is but to answer you, I do not plug in overnight and would you mind telling me where the heck in the settings that setting is. I know it is crazy but I don't see it.

I would also suggest that if you are buying an external your biggest bang for your buck would be to go with a 2 or even 3 tb drive.

I would not recommend removing apps like Safari (let alone their system files) from the OS. Safari is an application that is bundled with Mac operating system and its system files may include a number of important services. It really doesn't take up that many resources anyway. Besides, I expect the OS will try to reinstall it via update anyway.

I bought a Macbook 4 years ago and it has OS 10.4. Now I have an iMac and new Air but use the Macbook around the house at times. I went to download a Kindle app. and it needs at least 10.5. How do I move up to 10.5? Do I need to buy it and where would I do that?:confused:

Let me guess... you checked using the serial number method I posted, right? If you had also checked the other two, you would see it supports up to 6GB, even though Apple only says 4GB. I edited my earlier post for clarification.

Some suggestions... (I think the site is great)
some of these might have been mentioned before..
1: When you select a genre from the right section on the main page it takes you to the genre page. I would like to see the recommendation count listed next to the song name.
2: When I go the search page the search inputs are at the bottom of the page (table problem?) (PC at work)
3. Displaying songs -- is there any rhyme or reason as to how the songs are displayed? alpha by band -then album -then song would be nice.
And 4: When you search or display enough songs to have a 'Next Page' link you do not have any idea how many pages there are. A page count would be nice. IE: Page (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

I've gone through two 13" mbas (1.86/4gb, ultimate) and both have had inversion or pixel walk screen issues. Any time i scroll through webpages pixels will shift very subtely - for instance in macrumors archive those fine lines that box in posts will blur when actively scrolling up/down.
I can't find any definitive posts on what causes this aside from voltage issues w/lcd. The folks at genius bar were not helpful.

I changed the energy saver preferences to sleep in five minutes instead of 15. We'll see if anything happens. If the results are still negative, I'll post back test results.

Depending on your budget, have you considered an iMac and a base iPad? That way you would get the power of the iMac with the portability when needed with the iPad

Why not use the peel520 phone software it will actually even make dial sounds of the #'s everything exactly like an iphone.
You dont need a peel520 installed to install the iPhone software dialer via Cydia will even give you text icon and software.
I use it for real calling with my iPod Touch.
There is also the C Peel.
just install either of them via Cydia or get the .deb phone dialer software from the developer yosion.net and coming.hk website.
Use google translate if needed.

Letting Android users access the iTunes music store would actually be a very good idea for Apple.
If that happens I will be amazed. Android is so fragmented and un-secure, Apple would not release anything related to it. Im not saying that I wouldn't welcome iTunes for Android but I just cant see it ever happening.
